UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Local Service Manager to lead Community Mental Health programs in Cairns, providing line management, clinical supervision and cross-disciplinary leadership.
The role requires budgeting, reporting and maintaining client records, with travel to Mackay and the Sunshine Coast. A tertiary qualification in Social Work or a related field and a Blue Card are preferred.
Employment Term: Permanent Full Time (38 hours per week)
Location: Cairns, with some travel to Mackay and the Sunshine Coast.
Remuneration: $63.13 p/h + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (increase your take-home pay)

The Local Service Manager will provide line management, practice supervision, leadership and guidance across several Community Mental Health programs.
There will be some travel to Mackay and the Sunshine Coast.
