Job summary

Followmont Transport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to collect fresh fruit from local farms and transport it to the depot. The role includes forklift duties, loading/unloading, and depot consolidation tasks as part of a busy, safety‑driven team.

You will complete daily vehicle checks, ensure product quality, and support linehaul and local deliveries with a strong focus on safety and reliability. Local Queensland operations with regular home time.

Qualifications

• Current HR, HC or MC licence.
• Current LF forklift licence.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to load/unload freight independently.
• Produce, agricultural or freight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect fresh fruit and produce from local farms.
• Transport produce safely back to the depot.
• Load and unload using a forklift and pallet jack.
• Consolidate produce for onward transport.
• Assist unloading linehaul and local vehicles in the depot.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and required paperwork.
• Maintain safety and product quality.
