Qualifikationen

• Current HR Licence or higher.
• Experience operating heavy vehicles.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Knowledge of the local area is highly regarded.
• Concrete industry experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training can be provided.

Aufgaben

• Safely operate a concrete agitator truck and deliver to customer sites.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance.
• Ensure deliveries are on schedule and safely executed.
• Monitor product quality and assist customers during delivery.
• Maintain delivery documentation and records accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch, batchers and customers effectively.
• Keep vehicle and work area clean and presentable.
• Support plant and yard operations when required.
• Follow company policies and contribute to Zero Harm safety culture.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the Heidelberg Materials brand.
