Qualifications

• Must have strong safety mindset and focus on safe driving practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients.

• Knowledge of local area is advantageous for route planning and delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating a concrete agitator truck and delivering concrete to customer sites.
• Completing daily vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Monitoring product quality and assisting customers during delivery.
• Maintaining accurate delivery documentation and records.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch, batchers, and customers.
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and presentation of work area.
• Supporting plant and yard operations when required.
• Following Heidelberg Materials’ safety policies and Zero Harm culture.
• Providing outstanding customer service and representing the brand professionally.
