Job summary

Concrite is seeking a dedicated Concrite Driver to deliver concrete to residential, commercial, civil, and infrastructure projects across Blacktown and surrounding areas. You will operate modern agitator trucks, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries while working closely with customers and site teams to help build our communities.

We provide comprehensive, paid training with a Driver Trainer, fostering the skills to operate our equipment safely and professionally.

Qualifications

• Current HR Driver Licence required.
• Experience operating agitator trucks preferred.
• Safety-focused with a professional attitude.
• Reliable, customer-focused and a team player.
• Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic.
• Keen to learn and build a long-term career with a market leader.

Responsibilities

• Driving and operating modern Agitator Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Delivering concrete to a variety of exciting customer projects across the region.
• Working closely with customers on-site to provide outstanding service.
• Completing vehicle safety checks and maintaining high safety standards.
• Managing concrete delivery and discharge processes (full training provided).
• Communicating with our production and allocation teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Being part of a team that's committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
