Job summary

Based in Auburn, NSW, the Concrete Agitator Driver will safely deliver high-quality concrete to a range of customers, with training provided by a Driver Trainer to master safe operation of agitator trucks and customer service excellence.

You will perform pre-start inspections, operate trucks, manage slump tolerances, and complete delivery documentation, collaborating with production and customer service teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current HR driver's licence
• Previous agitator truck driving experience desirable
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
• An interest in the concrete or construction industry, with full training provided for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and safety checks of vehicles and equipment
• Safely operate and maintain concrete agitator trucks
• Manage concrete slump tolerances and discharge requirements (full training provided)
• Deliver concrete to customer sites while providing exceptional customer service
• Complete delivery documentation and related administrative requirements
• Communicate effectively with production, allocation and customer service teams
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies and legislation
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the Boral brand professionally
