MINERAL RESOURCES LIMITED in Weipa, North Queensland, is hiring experienced Loader Operators on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves operating 988 and 992 Front End Loaders to load road trains, within a fast-paced mining environment.

Based in Weipa, the position offers a 2/1 roster with day and night shifts, and FIFO/DIDO options from Cairns or Brisbane. We seek candidates with a current HR or higher licence, a Nationally Accredited Loader Operator Ticket, and proven mining experience.

Qualifications

• Valid HR or above driving licence.
• Nationally Accredited Loader Operator Ticket.
• Proven experience loading road trains in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mining or similar large-scale industry.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability and quality of work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Unlimited Australian working rights.
• MC Licence and other nationally accredited tickets are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate 988 and 992 Front End Loaders.
• Load road trains safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a small, close-knit crew.
