Job summary

PCH Civil Pty is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our Western Australia team on civil construction projects. You will confidently operate a loader, assist with other plant when needed, and support a safe, productive crew across multiple sites in WA.

You will join an experienced team, prioritising safety, quality, and reliability. The role includes a 2:1 roster and responsibilities across earthworks, material loading, and stockpile management.

Qualifications

• Loader experience in civil construction.
• Confident loading trucks and stockpile management.
• Experience operating other plant is highly regarded.
• Strong pre-starts and plant inspections.
• Good communication and safety focus.
• Willingness to commit to a 2:1 roster.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Loader Operator to join the PCH Civil team on projects across WA.

This role is for someone who is genuinely confident operating a loader and is happy to jump on other plant when required. You’ll be working as part of an experienced crew, so we’re looking for someone who can join our team and get the job done safely.

• Experience operating other plant - highly regarded
• Strong understanding of pre-starts and plant inspections
