Job summary

Fenix Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join the Road Logistics Team. You will be deployed FIFO from Perth to Cue, working 2/1 with 12-hour shifts, loading quad side tipper road trains and joining a safety‑focused, supportive mine site team.

Accommodation and meals are provided, with a strong emphasis on safety, integrity and working well as part of a down‑to‑earth crew. Minimum two years' loader experience and a current C Class licence are required.

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Accurate product loading following load plans using a loadmaster unit.
• Proven safety track record and commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently loading quad side tipper road trains.
• Load road trains according to load plans using a loadmaster unit.
• Follow AMMS requirements and safety procedures at all times.

Roster : 2/1, 7 Days, 7 Nights, 7 Days Off - 12-Hour Shifts
Rate: $57.81 per hour + Superannuation
Type : Permanent

Join our Road Logistics Team as an experienced Loader Operator. You’ll be flying into Cue, which serves as the central hub for our Weld Range mining operations.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently loading quad side tipper road trains.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• - Accurate product loading following load plans using a loadmaster unit
• - Sound knowledge and understanding of AMMS requirements
• - Minimum two years’ experience in similar role
• - Proven safety track record & have an ongoing commitment to safe work practices
• - Ability to work independently with demonstrated high-level work ethic
• - Ability to follow strict workplace and safety procedures
• - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
• - Willingness to complete pre-employment medical exam

Skills and Experience

• - Current C Class Driver’s licence
• - WA600 or similar experience
• - Front End Loader Ticket
• - Applicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
