REMONDIS Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated operator to work on-site at our Boonanarring facility in WA. The role runs on an afternoon shift (2pm starts) with permanent full-time hours and penalty rates applied.

You will contribute to producing composts, potting mixes and soil conditioners while supporting quality control and on-site maintenance. The successful candidate will bring a Front end Loader ticket or equivalent experience, with Excavator and Forklift tickets desirable.

Qualifications

• Front end Loader ticket or relevant experience required.
• Excavator and Forklift tickets desirable.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Experience in the waste industry is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Operate front-end loaders to produce composts, potting mixes, and soil conditioners.
• Support quality control to ensure high production standards.
• Perform basic maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Manage stock control, processing orders, and document control.
• Meet production targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow operating procedures (training provided).
