Job summary

Action Workforce Pty is seeking motivated LO Operators for immediate start during peak season at a busy Marsden Park site. The roles involve operating a Crown Electric forklift with joystick control, manual lifting of cartonised white goods, and transporting items to the car park for customers.

Shifts include AM/PM with 7.6 hours per day; this is a temporary ongoing position with responsibilities that require strong safety awareness and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• LF License and solid forklift experience (2 years minimum) on HR trucks.
• LO experience is valued but not essential; will be taught on clamps.
• Must have own PPE and be flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Crown Electric forklift/joystick and perform manual lifting/moving of cartonised goods.
• Load/unload, move items to car park for waiting customers and maintain safety.

Action Workforce is looking for motivated LO Operators for immediate start for peak season

Site/Location: Busy national retailer located at Marsden Park

Roles: 2x LO Operators, use Crown Electric (Joystick) these roles are both operator and manual lifting/moving – all cartonised white goods, fridges, microwaves, tv’s, in addition taking these goods on trolley out to car park to waiting customers

Role Type: Temporary ongoing

Hours: AM/PM Shifts Available, 7.6 hours/day

Pay: Ordinary Time $35.96/hour, Sat–time and half first 2 hours then double time, Sunday double time

Start: Must be able to start immediately

Candidate Requirements:

• LF License, solid fork lift experience, 2 years minimum on HR
• LO exp would be amazing but not essential, they will teach on clamps
• Must have your own PPE (hard cap footwear/long sleeves/pants)
• Must be flexible as shifts/times can change when required
• Manual Lifting - Rated 25K
• Must be happy to complete a long induction
• Must have great attitude/people skills as deal with direct customers
• Strong safety experience
