Job summary

Programmed is seeking a Warehouse / Low-Level Order Picker (LO) Operator in Moorebank to support the automotive logistics operation, handling BMW spare parts with safety and accuracy.

You will pick, pack and prepare orders, using RF scanners and WMS to confirm stock movements, replenish stock, conduct quality checks and participate in inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, pay rate AU$40.18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics or order-picking is preferred.
• Experience operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LO) is highly desirable.
• Experience using RF scanners or a warehouse management system is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Reliable and punctual team player.
• Experience handling automotive parts or spare parts is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LO) to pick automotive parts from designated locations.
• Accurately pick and pack BMW spare parts to match customer and dealership orders.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to locate, scan and confirm stock movements.
• Replenish stock to designated picking locations as required.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure correct part numbers and quantities; prepare orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload stock using approved material-handling equipment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment at all times.
• Follow all procedures related to WHS, quality and warehouse operations.

Warehouse / Low-Level Order Picker (LO) Operator

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse / Low-Level Order Picker (LO) Operator to join our automotive logistics operation, supporting the accurate and efficient handling of BMW spare parts.

Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Moorebank
Pay Rate: $40.18 per hour

The Role

As a Warehouse / LO Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring automotive parts are accurately picked, packed, replenished and prepared for dispatch. You will work within a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, accuracy, quality and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LO) to pick automotive parts from designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick and pack BMW spare parts in line with customer and dealership orders.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to locate, scan and confirm stock movements.
• Replenish stock to designated picking locations as required.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the correct part numbers and quantities are selected.Prepare completed orders for dispatch and stage them in designated areas.
• Load and unload stock as required using approved material‑handling equipment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with ongoing inventory control activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment at all times.
• Follow all company procedures relating to workplace health and safety, quality and warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics or order‑picking experience preferred.
• Experience operating an LO / Low-Level Order Picker is highly desirable.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience handling automotive parts or spare parts will be highly regarded.
