Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Moorebank NSW is seeking a Warehouse / Low-Level Order Picker (LO) Operator to support BMW spare parts logistics in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will safely operate LO devices, pick and pack parts with high accuracy, and use RF scanners and WMS to manage stock movements. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM at Moorebank with a pay rate of $40.18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.
• Experience operating a LO / Low-Level Order Picker desirable.
• Experience using RF scanners or WMS is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Low-Level Order Picker to pick automotive parts.
• Accurately pick and pack BMW spare parts per orders.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to locate, scan and confirm stock movements.
• Replenish stock to picking locations as required.
• Conduct quality checks for correct part numbers and quantities.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and stage them for shipment.
• Load and unload stock using approved equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
• Follow health, safety, quality and warehouse procedures.

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse / Low-Level Order Picker (LO) Operator to join our automotive logistics operation, supporting the accurate and efficient handling of BMW spare parts.

The Role

As a Warehouse / LO Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring automotive parts are accurately picked, packed, replenished and prepared for dispatch. You will work within a busy warehouse environment where safety, accuracy, quality and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LO) to pick automotive parts from designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick and pack BMW spare parts in line with customer and dealership orders.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to locate, scan and confirm stock movements.
• Replenish stock to designated picking locations as required.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the correct part numbers and quantities are selected.
• Prepare completed orders for dispatch and stage them in designated areas.
• Load and unload stock as required using approved material-handling equipment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with ongoing inventory control activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment at all times.
• Follow all company procedures relating to workplace health and safety, quality and warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics or order-picking experience preferred.
• Experience operating an LO / Low-Level Order Picker is highly desirable.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience handling automotive parts or spare parts will be highly regarded.
