Job summary

Tusk Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced LO/LF Forklift Operator for a consistent day shift, Monday to Friday. You will join a growing warehouse team supporting tyre dealers nationwide with reliable stock movements and safe operations.

The role requires LO and LF licences, experience with High Reach and Aisle Master forklifts, and a proactive, safety-focused approach. Training provided for some equipment; physical fitness is a must.

Qualifications

• LO and LF forklift licences with valid certification.
• Experience operating LO, High Reach, and Aisle Master forklifts.
• Experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach and LO forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Operate Aisle Master forklift; training provided if required.
• Pick and move stock throughout the warehouse.

• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.

About the Role:

This position involves operating High Reach and LO forklifts while supporting general warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating High Reach and LO forklifts safely and efficiently
• Operating an Aisle Master forklift – training provided if required
• Picking and moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading trucks as required
• Putaways and stock movements
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid LO and LF forklift licences
• Previous experience operating LO and High Reach forklifts
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
