Job summary

Programmed is seeking experienced Forklift and High Reach Operators for our Dandenong South distribution centre. You will work on day shifts, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start and potential to transition to permanent employment.

Expect a busy, safety-focused environment handling loading, unloading, putaways and stock movements while maintaining accuracy and pace in a well-supported team. Onsite parking and induction are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months forklift and high reach experience.
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Positive, reliable and professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting up to 25kg.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach Forklifts.
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Putaways and replenishments.
• Receiving and consolidating stock.
• General warehouse and store person duties.
• Using pallet jacks and tuggers.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting where required.
• Assisting with inventory and stock movement.
• Working within a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Approximately 20% forklift operation and 80% warehouse/storeperson duties.
