Job summary

UGL Pty Limited in Australia-WA is seeking a Lifting & Rigging Supervisor to support a major LNG turnaround at Wheatstone. This casual, 12-hour day shift position runs for ~35–40 days commencing ASAP.

You will directly supervise scaffolders, riggers and crane operators, enforce safety, manage schedules and coordinate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to keep the turnaround on track. Desirable: LNG/TAR experience, familiarity with JDE and CMMS-based planning, strong Excel

Qualifications

• LNG/TAR experience preferred.
• Strong planning and execution skills required.
• Excellent safety conscience and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead scaffolders, riggers and crane operators.
• Enforce and promote safety culture and standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections against project specs.
• Develop and maintain schedules for electrical activities.
• Allocate resources, equipment and materials to meet deadlines.
• Foster clear communication with discipline supervisors and project managers.
• Identify and resolve issues with practical, timely solutions.
• Document rigging and lifting activities with daily/progress reports.
