UGL is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join the GLNG Maintenance Team on Curtis Island. Casual and permanent opportunities are available, with rosters including 7 on/7 off or Monday to Friday. Locals preferred, supporting a major LNG facility with a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include planned, preventative and corrective maintenance across rotating and static equipment, ensuring high safety and quality standards while delivering reliable plant operation.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter with strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Experience in heavy industry, oil & gas or LNG environments preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork required.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Maintain pumps, compressors, blowers, valves and associated plant equipment.
• Complete inspections, fault finding and repairs; document maintenance in CMMS.
