Mind Australia seeks a compassionate Lived Experience Project Officer for a full-time, 2-year role based in Burnley. This position involves supporting the delivery and administration of Lived Experience Career programs, interacting with stakeholders, and facilitating educational training based on trauma-informed principles. About the role
The organisational function of Lived Experience is to work within Mind’s support hub and drives the implementation of mental health systems reform and service innovations which are informed by lived expertise, intersectionality, human rights and social justice. The Lived Experience Workforce team lead an organisation-wide program of work to support, develop, and embed lived experience workforce.
We are seeking a self-motivated, compassionate Lived Experience Project Officer for a 2 year fixed term, full time opportunity in the Burnley area. You will support the administration and delivery of Lived Experience Career Compass (LECC) and other projects within the Lived Experience Workforce team.
