A mental health organization in Victoria seeks a Learning and Development Officer with lived experience to enhance support practices. This part-time, permanent role involves facilitating professional development using personal insights into recovery. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have personal experience with mental health challenges. Hybrid working arrangements will be considered.

About your new role
Neami requires an enthusiastic individual to join our Learning and Development team to support the ongoing practice development of staff and the delivery of consistent quality services to our consumers.
The Lived Experience L&D Officer (LE L&DO) is part of a national team of professional educators delivering non-accredited learning using the latest practice and research-based approaches to both Neami service delivery and Head Office staff. The LE L&DO will support the ongoing development and implementation of learning needs for the Lived Experience Workforce at Neami National.
Occasional local & interstate travel is a requirement of the role.
