At Contour, we pride ourselves on delivering a comprehensive UCAT program, featuring Australia's only live UCAT Testing Centre. As a Live Mock Invigilator, you will help maintain our commitment to excellence and support a professional testing environment for students.

Who Are We

We empower aspiring medical students through our UCAT, Interview, and Applications programs, supporting them through the competitive medical school admission process. Our UCAT course develops essential mental skills through engaging lessons, resources, live mock exams, and 24/7 support, achieving industry-leading scores and record-breaking results.

The Role

Realistic simulation of UCAT mock exams significantly benefits student preparedness. As a Live UCAT Mock Invigilator, you will ensure exams run smoothly, set up the testing environment, and guide students, embodying professionalism and friendliness. Your interpersonal skills, empathy, and problem-solving will be vital in this role, which offers growth opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' futures.

This predominantly in-person role involves collaboration with staff, students, and parents, emphasizing effective communication. It's a rewarding position for those eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Training & Support

Receive comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing development. Work closely with experienced team leaders to refine your skills, ensuring confidence in managing live mocks and understanding all procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and pack up testing centres, ensuring a realistic and functional environment.
• Facilitate live mock exams, including check-in, invigilation, troubleshooting, and managing exam procedures.
• Engage with students post-exam, providing support and addressing feedback professionally.

Work Hours & Compensation

• Approximately 14 hours/week during school holidays, and 7 hours/week during other periods, with flexibility.
• Pay rate of $25/hour plus superannuation.

Requirements

Skills: Honesty, empathy, exceptional communication, organization, enthusiasm, proactiveness, professionalism.

Experience: Mandatory: Completed the UCAT. Preferred: Completed VCE, HSC, or QCE; studying medicine; leadership or mentoring experience (not mandatory).

Personal: Energetic, relatable, committed, able to travel to CBD testing centres, willing to sign NDA and non-compete.
