Job summary

Escape Parks is seeking a Live On Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning role at Toorbul Caravan Park. The position includes approx 35 hours per week, with complimentary on-site accommodation provided as part of the role.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, cleaning facilities and common areas, minor repairs and routine maintenance. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and a proactive, safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• General grounds maintenance, mowing and garden upkeep.
• Cleaning and maintaining park facilities, amenities and common areas.
• Minor repairs and general handyman duties.
• Scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Maintaining presentation and upkeep of the park and facilities.
• Identify and report maintenance, cleanliness or safety concerns.
• Follow established cleaning and maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Be the after-hours point of contact for the park when on live-on-site duty.
