G'day Group’s Discovery Parks Rockhampton seeks a Park Manager to lead one of Central Queensland’s strongest accommodation operations. You’ll own the business with accountability, drive performance and develop a high-performing leadership team while ensuring excellence across all areas of the operation.

This live-in role includes a large onsite residence and a clear path for advancement across Australia’s largest park network, with a focus on guest experiences and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a holiday park, hotel, resort, village or accommodation business.
• Strong financial and commercial management capability.
• Experience driving occupancy and revenue performance.
• Proven leadership experience in a multi-department operation.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with RMS, Newbook or similar property management systems.
• A current driver's licence.
• A genuine commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the park.
• Drive revenue, occupancy and overall business performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and financial outcomes.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 35 staff.
• Coach and support department leaders.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Grounds operations.
• Maintain high standards across accommodation, facilities and grounds.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow performance.
• Provide hands-on operational support when required.
