Job summary
A leading production services company in New South Wales is seeking an Audio & Communications Engineer. The role involves ensuring operational readiness of audio facilities, liaising with project leaders, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should have significant knowledge of communications systems and ideally, 3+ years' experience in television broadcasting. This is a full-time role with a salary range of $80,000 – $110,000 per annum plus benefits such as extra leave days and travel discounts.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of television broadcasting experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Ensure audio communication facilities are operationally ready by hand-over time.
Liaise with Audio Director and Technical Manager about project requirements.
Maintain a neat and safe environment for audio communication facilities.
Skills
Knowledge of Riedel and RTS communications systems
Basic knowledge of audio consoles (LAWO, Calrec)
Good operational experience
Ability to work evenings and weekends
