people2people is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant in Melbourne to support solicitors across defendant insurance matters. The role involves filing and e-filing, preparing monthly billing, and liaising with clients while maintaining high service standards.

You will manage diaries and travel, prep briefs, and provide general PA support in a hybrid, boutique-style environment with a national footprint.

Formación

• Experience in a legal support role within litigation.
• This opportunity is for candidates with full working rights (3+ years remaining for law students).
• Familiarity with precedent, billing and file management software.
• Proactive and enthusiastic work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Managing files, including opening/closing and filing/e-filing.
• Preparing monthly billing and reports.
• Upholding client service standards.
• Liaising with clients.
• Preparing briefs.
• Managing diaries and travel, including appointment scheduling.
• Providing general PA and secretarial support.
