Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting WorkCover and/or TAC litigation matters is essential.
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, formatting and managing legal correspondence, court documents and briefs to counsel
• Managing electronic files, document filing and general matter administration
• Coordinating diaries, court dates, appointments and deadlines
• Filing documents with courts and relevant authorities
• Supporting lawyers with the day-to-day administration of litigation matters
