About the Role

This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:

• Employment & Industrial Relations – Advising businesses and employees on workplace disputes
• Insolvency & Restructuring – Assisting creditors, administrators, and liquidators with financial matters
• Construction Disputes – Navigating legal challenges in development and infrastructure projects
• Defamation & Media Law – Providing legal protection and reputation management advice
• Property & Estate Disputes – Resolving inheritance claims, asset conflicts, and property matters
• Consumer & Contract Law – Advising clients on contractual rights and obligations

You will have the opportunity to represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation forums across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
