Job summary

GNB Energy Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking an experienced Electrical Linesman to join our growing team. The role focuses on connecting and maintaining electrical networks for Energy Queensland, with opportunities on a range of projects across the region.

The ideal candidate will hold a QLD Electrical Licence, demonstrate safety leadership, and be able to work unsupervised or in a team. Prior experience with switching sheets is a plus.

Qualifications

• QLD Electrical Licence is mandatory.
• Must be a safety leader and commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions.
• Experience with switching sheets is advantageous.

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

• QLD Electrical Licence
• Must be a safety leader and willing to committo quality and safety procedures and work instructions

Desirable but not mandatory:

• QLD Linesman Licence
• Sound Knowledge of the Energex and Ergon distribution network
• Open HR Licence
• Construction White Card
• High Risk Licence
• Working at heights Licence
• Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team
• Experience in writing switching sheets
