People8, in partnership with a leading electricity distribution network operator, is recruiting experienced linespersons, cable jointers, line workers and fitters across Sydney to maintain critical infrastructure. The roles cover overhead, underground and substation assets with long-term career opportunities in a safety-focused environment.

These are permanent opportunities with the client, offering a total remuneration package up to $130,000 and placements across Sydney and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Linesperson, Cable Jointer, Line Worker or Fitter with relevant network experience
• Experience across overhead lines, underground cables, distribution networks or substations
• Current licences, tickets and competencies required for your trade and scope of work
• Strong understanding of electrical network safety, procedures and compliance requirements
• Safety-focused approach with the ability to work effectively within field-based crews

About the Company

Our client is a major electricity distribution network operator responsible for maintaining and developing essential power infrastructure across Greater Sydney and surrounding regions.

With ongoing investment in network maintenance, upgrades and capital works, they are expanding their field workforce and are looking for experienced electrical tradespeople to support the safe and reliable operation of their network.

Requirements

• Trade-qualified Linesperson, Cable Jointer, Line Worker or Fitter with relevant network experience
• Experience across overhead lines, underground cables, distribution networks or substations relevant to your trade
