Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking experienced linehaul drivers based in Truganina VIC to operate a new national fleet. The role focuses on depot-to-depot runs with safety, compliance and accurate paperwork at the core of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of CoR, including basic fatigue management, mass / dimensions, maintenance and load restraint, freight loading/unloading procedures
• Good reliability, work ethic, communication skills and attention to detail
• Successful applicants must hold their basic fatigue management certification.

Responsibilities

• Undertake depot-to-depot, direct and changeover runs
• Perform bulk pickup, drop-off and unload
• Operate the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, complying with regulatory requirements and CEVA policies
• Ensure the safe handling and restraint of freight at all locations in conjunction with depot-based teams
• Complete documentation relating to trips, such as pre-starts, work diary, delivery dockets and timesheets.
