Job summary

Kalyra is seeking a Lifestyle Team Member in Adelaide to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life for residents through meaningful activities and social engagement. You’ll create positive experiences that support independence and dignity in a warm, home-like setting.

You’ll need to deliver programs with compassion, communicate well, and collaborate with a caring team. Availability for a fixed fortnightly roster is required (Wed-Fri shifts).

Qualifications

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Annual influenza vaccination.
• Current First Aid and CPR accreditation.
• Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health, Individual Support, Community Services, or related.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful and engaging lifestyle activities.
• Support residents' social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
• Encourage participation and foster positive relationships.
• Assist with outings, events, and special celebrations.
• Work as part of a caring and supportive team.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life.
