Kalyra Communities in Adelaide is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle Team Member to enhance residents’ wellbeing through meaningful activities and one-on-one engagement in a warm, home-like aged care setting. You will deliver group and individual programs, support social, emotional and physical wellbeing, and help with outings and celebrations as part of a caring team.

Availability for fixed fortnightly roster is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering lifestyle, recreational, or wellbeing programs in aged care or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for supporting older people.
• Ability to engage residents in meaningful activities that promote wellbeing and independence.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Current First Aid and CPR accreditation.
• Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health, Individual Support, Community Services, or related qualification.
