Job summary

Eldercare in Adelaide, SA seeks a Lifestyle Program Lead (part-time 0.8FTE) to move from clinical care into program leadership, enhancing resident wellbeing. Based at our Head Office in Eastwood, the role reports to the General Manager Wellbeing and Allied Programs.

The successful candidate will coordinate lifestyle services across four themes—Active Body, Healthy Mind, Connection and further initiatives—driving positive health outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Social work, OT, psychology or healthy ageing background moving from clinic to leadership.
• Ability to lead lifestyle services improving resident wellbeing.
• Experience in aged care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Eldercare's Lifestyle services.
