Job summary

RFBI is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Supervisor for Benhome Village in Maitland, NSW. You will analyse group recreational therapy needs, understand resident interests, and implement activities to meet their wants and needs.

You will also prepare monthly activity calendars and coordinate volunteers to support programs. With a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle and strong communication skills, you will contribute to delivering exceptional care for older Australians and support a positive

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a similar Lifestyle/activities role.
• Current National Police Check or ability to obtain one.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.

Position Information:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lifestyle Supervisor to join the team at our Benhome Village and become part of the RFBI family!

As the Lifestyle Supervisor, you will work as part of a creative and motivated team to analyse group recreational therapy needs, understand our resident’s interests, evaluate and implement activities to suit their wants and needs. In addition, you will prepare the monthly village activities calendars and co-ordinate the activities of volunteers.

With your Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle, you will have a genuine interest in and commitmentto caring for older Australians. Your excellent communication skills, coupled with your demonstrated previous experience in a similar role, will ensure we are providing the highest possible care to our residents.

• The successful candidate must have or be able to obtain a current National Police Check and be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment.
