For Purpose Aged Care Australia in South Bunbury is seeking a Resident Wellbeing Coordinator to lead engaging lifestyle programs for a brand-new 180-bed home. You will foster meaningful connections and help build a vibrant community where residents feel valued and at home.

You'll bring experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator or similar in aged care, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for person-centred care and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Lifestyle Coordinator or similar aged care role.
• Current First Aid Certificate and Driver's Licence.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
