Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Lifestyle Carer to enrich the lives of residents, helping them stay connected, active and engaged. You will create meaningful experiences that support wellbeing, independence and purpose, working within a welcoming team guided by core values.

The role requires relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or higher), NDIS Worker Screening, and a current First Aid certificate.

What’s required to work as a Lifestyle Carer

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, or Bachelors or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid Certificate

What’s preferred but not essential

• Experience in aged care or a similar care setting.
• Knowledge of aged care quality and accreditation requirements.
• Experience planning or facilitating lifestyle activities.
