Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at the Darlington community on the Tweed Coast, Queensland. You will support engaging recreational and social programs, build relationships with residents and help create an inclusive, enjoyable environment.

You will contribute to resident wellbeing through companionship, activities, and meaningful connection, with full training and a supportive, not-for-profit workplace.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable).
• Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR).
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships.
• Confidence engaging residents in daily programs and activities.
• Genuine passion for supporting and enriching the lives of older people.
• Great communication and teamwork skills, with basic computer literacy.
• Before commencing – National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.

The Role

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Lifestyle Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on enhancing the wellbeing of older Australians through meaningful activities, social engagement, and genuine connection.
