Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is hiring lifeguards for the NSW Great Lakes Aquatic & Leisure Centre in Forster. Join a team focused on water safety while delivering friendly customer service to patrons across mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Successful applicants will have First Aid, CPR, a Pool Lifeguard certificate, and the ability to work flexibly; prior experience is not essential but valued. National Police Check and Working with Children checks may be required.

Qualifications

The Role

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly Lifeguards to join the team. Our lifeguards will be responsible for the Day to Day Pool Operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools is a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

You will have a passion for safetyaround the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensureour patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with patrons that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.

We are seeking a team member with flexible availability who can work across a variety of shifts. Applicants must be available to undertake both opening shifts commencing at 5:45 am and closing shifts finishing at 9:00 pm, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Skills & Attributes:
