Job summary

Kingston Leisure Centre is seeking a Lifeguard to help ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons in our aquatic facility. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and a positive work culture, fostering teamwork and clear communication to deliver the best experience for our patrons.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Pool Lifeguard award (SISSS00133).
• Must hold a current Level 2 First Aid certificate (HLTAID011).
• Must hold a current Employee Working with Children’s Check.
• Certificate must be issued by a nationally registered training organisation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining clean and safe pool facilities whilst adhering to health and safety principles.
• Supervision of aquatic areas and patron activities to ensure safety.
• Providing professional and friendly interactions with centre members and guests.
• Providing accurate information about centre services.
• Communicating centre policies and procedures to patrons.

About The Role

Your responsibilities will include supervising members and guest, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and responding to emergencies with confidence and professionalism.

What You’ll Deliver
