You will focus on personal risk protection, Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection, building trusted client relationships and ensuring compliant recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; regulatory pathways considered
• Proven experience delivering personal advice on retail life insurance products
• Deep knowledge of Australian life insurance including Life, TPD, Trauma, Income Protection and superannuation
• Experience applying life insurance strategies within business structures is valued
• Current ASIC registration as a Relevant Provider (Fit and Proper)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal advice across Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection insurance
• Advise on insurance strategies including key person, business overheads and buy/sell arrangements
• Build and maintain relationships with Avant members and medical professionals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for a seamless client experience
• Conduct research and prepare high-quality, compliant advice
• Maintain strong compliance and regulatory standards
• Utilize XPLAN for advice workflow and Commpay for premiums
