Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Case Manager for its Plan Administration team. The role is hybrid and based in Australia, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week across Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Experience in life, death or TPD claims preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• RG 146 compliance is required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct liaison with customers, executors, beneficiaries, solicitors, advisers, insurers and the Trustee.
• Take ownership of customer requests and progress them to completion.
• Record and monitor case details using the Case Management workflow system.
• Collate and review all correspondence to build a complete case picture.
• Prepare recommendations for the Trustee ensuring compliance with policy requirements.
