• Work as part of a team focusing on safer people outcomes through the administration and management of system restrictions and supporting other areas of the business with enquiries pertaining to the integrity of records and licensing programs.
• Navigate the various systems and databases to support the work of the Licence Integrity unit monitoring the inbox, triaging and allocating work and where possible be proactive in responding to queries and actions.
