Job summary

Quad Lock is seeking a Licensing Operations Lead to own the commercial engine behind licensed product ranges. You will drive range-level revenue forecasts, margins and sell-through, while ensuring licence terms are followed across Finance, Operations and Product.

Working with the Global Head of Sports Marketing, you will launch licensed ranges on time, achieve targets, and strengthen partnerships with world-leading brands. A collaborative, commercially focused role with global impact.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Licensing Operations Lead to own the commercial engine behind Quad Lock’s licensed product ranges. This role turns licence agreements into commercial outcomes: leading range-level planning, protecting licence terms, and driving cross-functional execution across Finance, Operations and Product.

Working hand in hand with the Global Head of Sports Marketing, the role ensures every licensed range launches on time, performs against target and strengthens our partnerships with world-leading brands. What You’ll Do

• Lead the commercial planning and outcomes for Quad Lock’s licensed product ranges, owning range-level revenue forecasts, margin targets and sell-through performance across all markets
• Collaborate with the Global Head of Sports Marketing on licence terms and conditions, and ensure they are followed across the business, including royalty obligations, minimum guarantees, territory and channel restrictions, approval workflows and brand usage requirements
• Hold cross-functional accountability with Finance, Operations and Product teams on all licensed products. This includes:
• Support end-to-end go-to-market plans for licensed ranges, from launch timing and channel strategy through to campaign approvals and post-launch performance reviews
• Act as the operational point of contact for licensors on approvals and reporting, supporting the Global Head of Sports Marketing on renewals and new licence opportunities
• Track and report licensed range performance against commercial targets, providing regular updates to leadership

What You’ll Bring

• Proven commercial planning experience including: building range forecasts, margin models and revenue targets, and delivering against them
• Proven experience in commercial, licensing or category management roles within consumer products or related industries
• Licensing experience with a working knowledge of licence agreements, royalty structures, minimum guarantees and licensor approval processes
• Strong cross-functional collaborator, with a track record of driving outcomes across finance, operations and product teams
• Experience supporting go-to-market execution across retail, distribution and e-commerce channels
• Sharp analytical and reporting skills, confident presenting commercial performance to senior stakeholders
• Experience in consumer products, sporting goods or lifestyle brands (highly regarded, not essential)
• Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, marketing or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience (preferred)
