Job summary

The Wellness Practice by CHM is seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our Beerwah clinic. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants who are passionate about evidence-based practice and supporting clients across the lifespan, including neurodivergent communities and NDIS participants.

You'll provide cognitive and developmental assessments, contribute to reports, and collaborate with a supportive team in a modern clinic.

Qualifications

• Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
• Ability to obtain, or hold a current blue card and yellow card.
• Experience with autism (MIGDAS), ADHD and cognitive assessments desirable.
• Experience with NDIS participants, including understanding of their needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to clients across the lifespan.
• Provide high-quality care to all clients with compassionate, professional approach.
• Adhere to billing and regulatory requirements (Medicare, DVA, Workcover, NDIS).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic, client-centred care.
• Engage in community outreach, networking and marketing to build referrals.
• Offer in-clinic and virtual consultations to improve accessibility.
• Contribute to CHM Virtual by creating engaging articles.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (cognitive, MIGDAS, ADHD) using evidence-based tools; desirable.
