The Position:

Employment Status:

Hours per two-week pay-period

72 hours per pay period

LPN Compensation:

$24.50 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

RN Compensation:

$30.74 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for the documentation of patient care and treatments within the electronic health record
• Functions as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers.
• Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patient.
• Must be able to take vital signs, triage patient calls, refill prescriptions, complete necessary prior authorizations and to help support their team of co-workers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
