EIR Labour Hire is recruiting licensed Hoist Operators and Riggers for high-rise construction and civil projects in Bowden. Qualified candidates with current tickets are in strong demand and will join safety-focused teams on active sites.

You will operate construction hoists, perform pre-start checks, communicate via radio, and assist with rigging and crane lifts while maintaining safe exclusion zones and following lift plans. Commitment to safety and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• White Card required.
• High Risk Work Licence — Hoist Operation (CV or CN) or Rigging (RB/RI/RE) required or advantageous.
• Dogman ticket (DG) an advantage.
• Experience on construction hoists or tower cranes.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operating construction hoists (personnel and materials).
• Conducting pre-start checks and completing hoist logbooks.
• Communicating with site crews via radio to coordinate lifts.
• Rigging, slinging and signalling for crane lifts.
• Maintaining safe exclusion zones during operations.
• Complying with all site safety requirements and lift plans.
