Job summary

Network Aviation, a Qantas Group subsidiary, seeks a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1 or B2) to support the introduction of the E190 and ongoing maintenance at Perth Airport. This fixed-term 24-month opportunity offers you a pivotal role within a high-performing team.

You will deliver maintenance to the highest standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to safe, efficient operations while working closely with operational teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must hold CASA Part 66 B1 or B2 licence with E190 endorsement.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to obtain Airside Driver’s Licence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.

Your new role as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1 or B2) will see you deliver quality, reliable maintenance and rectification services to the highest standards, while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the business while supporting the continued delivery of safe and efficient operations.

This is an exciting time to join Network Aviation as we introduce E190 aircraft into the fleet. You'll play a key role in supporting the induction and ongoing maintenance of these aircraft, helping shape the future of our engineering operation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A CASA Part 66 (B1 or B2) License with E190 endorsement (essential)
• A current driver's licence and the ability to obtain an Airside Driver's Licence
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across operational teams, stakeholders and customers
• A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly in time-critical environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (desirable)
