You will investigate personal injury and property liability matters, interview claimants and witnesses, gather evidence and prepare clear reports, while building liability expertise within a global claims organisation.

Qualifications

• Legal knowledge and practice-oriented experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive injury matters with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Investigate personal injury and property liability claims under guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Interview claimants, insureds, employees and witnesses and assist with signed statements.
• Gather and assess supporting evidence, identify inconsistencies and document key findings.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Build knowledge of relevant legal principles, legislation, codes of practice and Australian Standards.
• Develop from desktop assessment into broader field-based investigation as capability grows.
