Responsibilities

• Investigate personal injury and property liability claims under guidance.
• Interview claimants, insureds, employees and witnesses and assist with signed statements.
• Gather and assess supporting evidence, identify inconsistencies and document findings.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of relevant legal principles, legislation, and standards.
• Grow from desk-based assessment to field-based investigation as capability expands.
