Home Care Worker

The Home Care program is a key aspect of our Community Support program, based at the Positive Living Centre (PLC) in South Yarra. The PLC provides a range of health and wellbeing related programs for people living with HIV.

Role responsibilities include attending client homes, completing activities specified in each client’s support plan, and providing assistance with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and community engagement.

Men’s Behaviour Change Practitioner, LGBTIQ+ Use of Violence

• Casual role (5 hours per week, as required/on a casual basis)| Based in Abbotsford
• Be part of a workplace that values inclusion, respect, and community.
• Key role within the Therapeutic Services division
