Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group in Melbourne's western suburbs is seeking experienced LF/LO Operators for a busy homewares distribution warehouse in Truganina. If you’re reliable, safety-minded and ready to hit the ground running, this role is for you.

You will operate LF and LO equipment including High Reach, Counterbalance and Stockpickers, perform putaways, replenishment and pallet movements, and support RF scanning. Ongoing hours with overtime potential and immediate starts for suitable operators.

Qualifications

• Valid LF and/or LO licence with recent experience.
• Great attitude, punctuality, and a team-first mindset.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate LF and LO equipment (High Reach, Counterbalance, Stockpickers).
• Putaways, replenishment, pallet movements and bulk picking.
• Loading/unloading trucks and staging freight; RF scanning.
